Join us for our first ever Pokemon Champions Tournament here at MDC Esports! Prove that you have what it takes to become a Pokemon Champion in Miami.
This event is open to anyone and will occur once a month for Fall. There is a $10 tournament entry for all participants except for MDC Esports club members, who can enter at a discounted rate of only $5. The winner of the tournament will take home a prize!
The tournament format will be Double Battles where trainers can only select 4 of their 6 Pokemon. All Pokemon will be scaled to level 50 automatically. Team restrictions are listed below.
Species Clause: A team cannot contain two Pokemon with the same National Pokedex number (including different regional forms or variants).
Item Clause: No two Pokemon on the same team may hold the same held item.
Moves and Abilities Clause: Pokemon must use moves and abilities available through normal gameplay, official distributions, or recognized transfers via Pokemon HOME.
