Esports Camp

Students ages 14+ will immerse themselves in the world of competitive gaming at this exciting esports camp designed for all-skill level players. Make new friends, have a blast and be a part of Miami Dade College Esports safe and supportive gaming community. Coaches will guide players through games, drills, and strategies in a fun and competitive environment. Players will walk away with several tactics and tools that they can utilize to improve their gaming skills while building important life skills that extend beyond the game. This camp is designed for all-skill level players looking to take their game to the next level. Pre-Requisite: Basic computer skills. Check in from 8:00 – 9:00 a.m. get acquainted with equipment, meet, and greet. From 3:00 – 5:00 p.m.– students can stay on premises and work on labs while waiting for pick-up. Drop-off and Pick-Up at Building 1, first floor. Camp location: Wolfson Campus.

Esports Week 1: Join us at MDC College for our first ever Esports Summer Camp. Week 1 will show you around the world of Esports while enjoying some time learning about Super Smash Brothers Ultimate. You will learn about “What is Esports”, being healthy while playing, how to play with people you know, and people you don’t know. Broadcasting and game analysis, as well as coaching other players and yourself to achieve your player goals. Building 1, Room 1156-1. Course Hours: 25. Ref Number: 9373
